Double Glazing
We are a double glazed units manufacturer and supplier. Our double glazed units are made with high-quality materials and equipment to make sure that our products are world class. We produce units for all thicknesses and sizes with the use of clear, toughened, laminated, self-cleaning or patterned glass. With the use of our double glazed units, you can reduce unwanted noise, and insulate your room. They keep the heat in that result to savings on your utility bills.
A double glazed sealed window is made up of two glass panes. The glasses are held apart by a spacer bar. There is a gap between the panes of glass and sealed on all sides. Glass is known as a good conductor of heat. The gap between the two glass panes reduces the conduction of heat. It helps keep the heat out during summer and keep it in during the cold months of winter.
Argon gas is pumped into the gap in order to help reduce the conduction of heat between the panes; thus keeping more heat out in.. The gas is non-toxic, non-corrosive, odourless colourless, and stable in the sunlight. It is perfect for use in residential and office spaces. The double glazed units’ thermal insulation is also improved with the use of Low-E energy saving glass.

Tempering puts the outer surfaces into compression and the interior into tension. Our Top quality machines providing best out put At Glass Tec, we are proud to say that we have high-quality products that can be useful for a variety of applications as a Toughened glass supplier. LAMINATED GLASS
In Qatar’s Glazing field now the demand is increased for Laminated Safety Glass So we focused on that area to full fill Qatar’s laminated glass shortage Laminated glass is a type of safety glass that holds together when shattered. In the event of breaking, it is held in place by an inter layer, typically of polyvinyl butyl or ethylene-vinyl acetate, between its two or more layers of glass. Laminated glass is made by sandwiching a layer of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) between two pieces of glass. The glass and the PVB are sealed by a series of pressure rollers and then heated. This combination of pressure and heat chemically and mechanically bonds the PVB to the glass

FUSED GLASS
In Qatar’s fused glass suppliers we are in the rank of 2. We are the specialist of this art
Fused glass is glass that has been fired (heat-processed) in a kiln at a range of high temperatures from 593 °C (1,099 °F) to 816 °C (1,501 °F). There are 3 main distinctions for temperature application and the resulting effect on the glass.
Firing in the lower ranges of these temperatures 593–677 °C (1,099–1,251 °F) is called slumping. Firing in the middle ranges of these temperatures 677–732 °C (1,251–1,350 °F) is considered "tack fusing". Firing the glass at the higher part of this range 732–816 °C (1,350–1,501 °F) is commonly described as a "full fuse".
